Shipping Overview
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom — including mainland England, Scotland, and Wales. All orders are processed and dispatched from our studio within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. You'll receive an email notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Our botanical arrangements are carefully wrapped and boxed to protect them throughout the journey. We use specialist packaging to keep dried and preserved pieces secure — because your order should arrive looking just as it left us.

Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following business day.
- You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
- A dispatch notification with tracking is sent once your order has left us
- Processing takes 1–2 business days before handover to our carrier
- Custom or made-to-order pieces may require up to 5 business days to process

How We Pack Your Order
Because we work with delicate dried and preserved botanicals, packaging isn't an afterthought — it's part of the craft.
- Each arrangement is individually wrapped in tissue and secured with kraft paper
- Rigid outer boxes prevent crushing during transit
- Eco-friendly void fill keeps pieces in place without plastic waste
- Gift orders include a handwritten message card upon request
Late, Missing or Damaged Deliveries
While the vast majority of orders arrive without issue, occasionally things go wrong in transit. Here's what to do:
If your estimated delivery date has passed, check your tracking link first. If tracking shows no movement for 5+ days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Please photograph both the item and the outer packaging and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
We're sorry about that. Email us your order number and a photo of what you received and we'll dispatch the correct item as a priority, free of charge.
