My plant arrived damaged — what do I do?
Take a photo and drop us an email within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement straight away, no returns needed.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched same day (Mon–Fri before noon) and arrive within 1–3 working days via our specialist plant courier.
